Korban berinisial EKNR (16), merupakan pelajar kelas XI di salah satu SMK di Kabupaten Madiun. Ironisnya, pelaku adalah teman dekat ayah korban sendiri.

Pelaku mengaku sebagai wartawan di salah satu media online dan tinggal di Desa Duren, Kecamatan Pilangkenceng, Kabupaten Madiun. Aksi bejatnya dimulai sejak Januari 2022 hingga November 2024. Pelaku pertama kali mengajak korban melalui pesan instan (WhatsApp) untuk mencari makan, lalu menjemputnya di depan gang rumah korban. Alih-alih membawa korban ke rumah makan, pelaku malah mengajaknya ke sebuah hotel.

Di hotel, pelaku memaksa korban untuk berhubungan badan dan merekam aksinya dengan ponsel. Rekaman tersebut kemudian digunakan untuk mengancam korban agar terus menuruti keinginannya. Jika korban menolak, pelaku mengancam akan menyebarkan video tersebut.

Kasus ini terungkap setelah korban bercerita kepada orangtuanya pada awal Desember 2024. Ayah korban, Danang Prasetyo, langsung judi bola  melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polres Madiun. Tim dari Satuan Reserse Polres Madiun yang dipimpin Kasat Reskrim Polres Madiun, AKP Agus Andi Anto Prabowo, berhasil menangkap tersangka di desanya, Kecamatan Pilangkenceng.

Pelaku diancam dengan pasal 81 dan/atau pasal 82 UU RI Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas UU RI Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Ancaman hukumannya adalah pidana penjara paling lama 15 tahun dan paling sedikit 5 tahun, serta denda paling banyak sebesar Rp5 miliar.

Ayah korban, Danang Prasetyo, sangat marah dan merasa dikhianati oleh temannya sendiri. Ia berharap pelaku dihukum seberat-beratnya. “Saya melihat anak saya jadi murung dan pendiam, seperti tertekan. Saya mau pelaku dihukum seberat-beratnya,” ujarnya dengan nada pilu.

Pelaku mengaku telah memperdaya korban sebanyak 1 hingga 2 kali per bulan. Ia juga membenarkan bahwa dirinya berprofesi sebagai wartawan. “Saya khilaf, saya tergiur suka sama korban. Saya sudah berkeluarga, punya istri, punya anak,” tutur RDP.

Dari tangan tersangka, polisi menyita barang bukti berupa ponsel yang digunakan untuk merekam aksi bejatnya. Ponsel tersebut diduga berisi rekaman video dewasa dan beberapa potong pakaian milik korban.

Polres Madiun menggelar konferensi pers terkait kasus ini di Gedung TS Polres Madiun pada Kamis (12/12/2024). Wakapolres Madiun, Kompol Moh. Asrori Khadafi, menjelaskan bahwa pelaku telah melakukan pencabulan sejak dua tahun yang lalu. “Diketahui terjadi sekira Januari 2022 sampai dengan terakhir pada 13 November 2024,” ujarnya.

Kasus pencabulan yang dilakukan oleh oknum wartawan di Madiun ini sangat mencengangkan dan memilukan. Pelaku yang seharusnya menjadi sosok yang dipercaya, justru melakukan tindakan keji terhadap anak di bawah umur.
